Lead Time: If the order up to $500 around, they will finished in 7-10days. The order of $1,000 -$5,000 cab be finished in 14-20days, more than $5,000 can be finished in 20-30days. These lead time just for smooth/plain/frosted beads and loose beads, Facetted beads need 7-15days more. For stocks, We just need 2-3 working days to arrange to ship.
Delivery Terms: We can ship the goods by air and ocean. Shipping cost and insurance (if the customer required) has to be paid by our customer, mostly our customer will prepay the shipping cost to our account together with payment for goods, then we will arrange the parcels prepaid after the customer confirmation. The DHL, UPS, TNT,EMS ect often give us very low rate, so we can save some shiping cost for our customers. If you have a express payment account, We will send the parcels to you without prepay shiping cost.
Payment Terms: 30% deposit after we confirm the order , We can accept T/T , paypal or Western Union, then we will start the production, after they finished , we will take clear photos for our customer to check the stone quality and craftman. With their approval, we have to charge the 70% balance by T/T or Western Union. All are confirmed, we will release the shipment in 1 working day.
